As a result of working with hundreds of customers, the company is introducing more solution enhancements than it has in years. With these additions, PeopleAdmin’s SelectSuite is the most complete talent management solution for higher education.
In addition to updates that include significant improvements and new capabilities to SelectSuite, the company is making enhancements in other areas, including to its support services, upholding its promise to deliver an “amazing customer experience.”
For instance, it is expanding support offerings such as instant “chat,” significantly broadening its knowledge base with more self-service tools, and soon introducing longer support hours. The company also now offers the innovative Smart Start implementation methodology, which ensures dramatically shorter implementation and upgrade processes, improved time to value, and predictable timelines — all at a competitive price.
