WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Register for PeopleConnect Live 2023 by April 30 for early bird pricing - $375. On or after May 1st: registration is $495.
WHERE DO ATTENDEES GO TO REGISTER?
All registrations are done online right here.
WILL ATTENDEES RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR REGISTRATION?
Yes. After registering online, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration. Don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case!
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PEOPLECONNECT?
All registration fees for the event are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. All fees must be received prior to the event before your badge will be issued. Direct invoicing is allowed for event attendance.
ARE THERE JUSTIFICATION LETTERS AVAILABLE TO SEND TO MY LEADERSHIP TEAM?
Yes. We’ve created a template to send to leadership within your organization. Please download and modify as needed: Justification Letter.
IS MY RESERVATION TRANSFERABLE?
Yes. If you register and pay but can’t attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization until May 1, 2023. Please submit all transfer requests to email@example.com and include the first name, last name, title, organization, and email address of the new attendee. Any hotel reservations made will need to be canceled and/or changed directly with the hotel.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
We hope this isn’t the case, but if you really do have to cancel, you may transfer it to another staff member within your organization or request a full refund up to 30-days prior to the event date. Please submit all cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
PeopleConnect Live 2023 registration includes:
All events and activities on May 24 and 25, 2023
Live in-person sessions
Keynotes, breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions
Meals and refreshments (breakfast, lunch, and dinner on day one, breakfast and lunch on day two)

Expo hall with exhibitors sharing the latest technology innovations and integrations with PeopleAdmin
It does NOT INCLUDE air transportation and hotel accommodations
ARE MEALS INCLUDED WITH BOTH PROGRAM PASSES?
Yes, breakfast and lunch are provided to everyone over the main conference days. Dinner is provided at the evening reception on May 24.
IS THERE A DISCOUNTED RATE AT THE HOST HOTEL?
Yes, PeopleAdmin has secured a discounted room rate at our host hotel: the Hyatt Regency Austin. Room rates start at $269 per night and are subject to sales tax. This discounted rate is only available while supplies last through May 2, 2023. Reservation requests received after this date are on a space availability basis.

Yes! Attendees can receive up to 6.0 PDCs from HRCI and up to 9.0 PDCs from SHRM.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR PEOPLECONNECT?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at PeopleConnect.
WHAT WEATHER SHOULD BE EXPECTED?
The average high in Austin in May is in the mid-80s with the lows in the mid-60s. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket as meeting rooms tend to be chilly.
