PeopleAdmin partners with school personnel administrators to help K-12 community drive student achievement with leading talent management tools, insights

The fast-growing talent management software company offers unique solutions, data and analytics to help schools and districts predict best teacher candidates, acquire and develop them

ORLANDO, Florida — Oct. 10, 2016 — PeopleAdmin, a leader in talent management software for education, will leverage its union with TeacherMatch earlier this year to offer at the 78th Annual Conference of American Association of School Personnel Administrators innovative, data-driven solutions and new insights that can help schools and districts acquire, develop and manage top teachers and staff.
The company is also expected to allow attendees during the Oct. 11-14 conference to reserve its inaugural issue of the 2016 K-12 TalentIndex, a benchmarking report that provides talent management data, analytics and predictions from nearly 300 K-12 professionals. The report is expected to be out next month.
This year at AASPA, PeopleAdmin will offer five best practices presentations — more than any other exhibitor — on topics that are at the forefront of many educators’ minds: identifying and hiring top teachers, successfully onboarding and evaluating them, and improving their teaching effectiveness through tailored professional development.
“We’re excited and eager to continue supporting AASPA and to be able to help schools and districts use research, data and analytics to put the right educators in our classrooms to improve student achievement,” said PeopleAdmin CEO Kermit Randa. “As our company continues to grow to serve our customers, our commitment to defining the future of data, analytics and technology in education only grows stronger.”
PeopleAdmin acquired TeacherMatch in May. PeopleAdmin is the only talent management company to serve the entire K-20 community. It serves almost 50 percent of all educators in the U.S. and Canada, who in turn serve more than 30 million students.
The AASPA annual event is one of the country’s largest gatherings of school human resources administrators and professionals, many of whom are seeking help finding qualified candidates to fill open positions as a widespread teacher and substitute teacher shortage continues.
The company’s solutions — TalentEd, SchoolSpring, SearchSoft and TeacherMatch for K-12, and SelectSuite for higher education — enable customers to streamline the hiring process, predict educator effectiveness, onboard new employees, efficiently manage positions, evaluate employee performance, tailor professional development, access industry-leading reporting, and more.
PeopleAdmin will host a number of events at AASPA, including the opening night reception and luncheon, as well as the popular Headshot Lounge, where attendees can have a portrait of themselves taken professionally at no charge.
This year, the company is introducing under the PeopleAdmin banner the Educators Professional Inventory (EPI)®, a revolutionary TeacherMatch solution designed to objectively assess the strength of teacher candidates, and Thrive, an easy-to-use professional development (PD) tool that helps school districts strategically track, monitor and align PD for more meaningful outcomes.
“The EPI tool will enable us to better vet our candidates and put the best candidates where they’re needed to provide our students with the best possible education,” said Rick Morton, systems analyst with Brevard County Schools in Florida.https://www.peopleadmin.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Index_laptops_k12.png“Thrive is very easy to use,” said Sandi Thompson, executive secretary of Lewis County Schools in West Virginia. “It has been very easy for me to add my people to the classes that we have had so far this year.”
PeopleAdmin has also recently focused on strengthening its customer support; delivering “an amazing customer experience” has become the company’s top priority.
“ is, from my perspective, the crown jewel of PeopleAdmin,” said Robert A. Rammer, Ph.D., assistant superintendent at Wheaton Warrenville Unit School District #200 in Illinois. “Certainly, the product has to fulfill a need, but more important is the ability for the user to find solutions when problems or questions arise. PeopleAdmin sets the bar in this category.”
Randa said: “We’re thrilled to be a sponsor of AASPA, because we know how critical it is, especially now, for school administrators to find the right teachers and staff and align them to the school and district’s mission of improving student success.”
