PeopleAdmin Acquires SearchSoft Solutions
Leader in talent management software deepens expertise in K-12 community; uniquely positioned to offer integrated solutions and services across the entire K-20 education spectrum
Austin, TX—Aug. 20, 2015—PeopleAdmin Inc., the leader in talent management for K-12, higher education and government, today announced it has acquired SearchSoft Solutions Inc., reinforcing its position as the leading provider of K-12 solutions that help recruit, hire and develop top faculty and staff.
The transaction, which adds about 1,700 school districts across 32 states to already one of the largest customer bases in the industry, demonstrates PeopleAdmin’s ongoing investment in the company’s growth and innovation, and its commitment to improving education nationwide.

By combining SearchSoft’s cloud-based applicant tracking, performance management and teacher evaluation capabilities with PeopleAdmin’s existing suite of cloud-based K-20 solutions, PeopleAdmin now serves a third of all educators and administrators across the entire education spectrum, who in turn serve more than 22 million students — more than 30 percent of all students in America.
PeopleAdmin’s suite of solutions helps educational institutions use technology and data to improve operational efficiency, minimize risk, and organize the entire talent management lifecycle, so human resources departments can focus on what they do best — hiring the highest quality teachers and staff in the most efficient manner possible to improve student outcomes.
