Candace Doby is a speaker, author and coach whose mission is to make courage fun to talk about, easy to digest and practical to activate.

She works with universities and organizations across the U.S. to help emerging leaders build courage in themselves to lead with authenticity, navigate through uncertainty and transition from old realities to new possibilities. She has spent a decade researching courage. And, combines that research with her experiences leading marketing teams at a global brand, running her own coaching business and traveling the world solo. Her work has been featured on MSNBC and NPR.

When she’s not speaking or writing, she’s hosting The Courage Hotline podcast and designing her line of Pep Talker greeting cards, sold online and in select stores. Candace is a University of North Carolina Tar Heel and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

With over 20 years’ experience, Omkar joined PeopleAdmin in 2019 and leads the Higher Ed Platform Engineering teams, spearheading advanced product development efforts for Unified Insight Analytics platform and Candidate Relationship Management. He’s worked in HigherEd technology for the last five years and previously spent over 20 years leading ERP product development teams at Oracle.

Monte Morast leads PeopleAdmin's engineering function as an Associate Director with 23 years of experience working in R&D. Monte loves cultivating successful teams, building predictable and reliable engineering processes, and bringing a high level of creative innovation to any project that he is part of. When he's not architecting new solutions, solving complex integration challenges, or coaching team members, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. Monte brings passion, steady determination, and meticulous intelligence our teams.

Joe is a senior-level sales executive with more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the higher education technology space. Joe has extensive experience helping institutions of higher education leverage technology to benefit students, faculty, and staff. He lives in Denver with his wife and three kids, where they enjoy many of the great outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

As Senior Director, Solution Marketing, Courtney leads the marketing, go-to-market strategy, messaging, communications, partnerships and integrations, and events for PeopleAdmin.

Courtney brings a wealth of experience in marketing strategy and communications to fuel organizational growth. Prior to joining the PeopleAdmin team, she led the marketing department for a national health research program at the Scripps Research Institute, as a senior marketing leader owning digital marketing, event management, and sales funnel optimization at Vistage International, and has worked in B2B, B2C, agency-side, and across a range of industries including biotech, executive leadership development, retail, wireless, and more.
